Enjoy: All day as a soothing hot beverage during cold winter months and a refreshing thirst quencher in the summer when served over ice. Drink in a tea glass in true Turkish flavour.

Brewing: Pour water just off the boil over one heaped teaspoon per cup.  Infuse 3-5 mins.  Serve as is or with a drizzle of honey for sweetness.
